Position Reports to: Manager of Installation and Support (CS Manager)
Based at: Client Services Department
Job Purpose:
The Account Representative’s prime objective is to learn the software and provide daily support to clients on the use of the software.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA’s) of this position:

Having strong computer and analytical skills
Having strong written and verbal communication skills
Having a bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
Having strong organization skills
Having the ability to work independently and proactively while also possessing good teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:

Learn and understand the company software
Provide day to day support with clients via phone and email
Manage the outstanding items list for their base of clients
Write up work orders for each issue/request for their base of clients
Visit each of their assigned clients at least once a year
Train clients on system processes
Research/troubleshoot issues with the system, while developing a sense of ownership of the items worked on
Involvement in special projects
Participate in the weekly Helpdesk shifts
Participate in team projects as well as new client implementations
Consider and apply the preservation of company ethics, policies, and standards
