Position Reports to: Manager of Installation and Support (CS Manager)

Based at: Client Services Department

Job Purpose: An Account Representative’s prime objective is to learn the software and provide daily support to clients on the use of the software.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA’s) of this position:

  • Having strong computer and analytical skills
  • Having strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Having a bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
  • Having strong organization skills
  • Having the ability to work independently and proactively while also possessing good teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand the software
  • Provide day to day support with clients via phone and email
  • Manage the outstanding items list for their base of clients
  • Write up work orders for each issue/request for their base of clients
  • Visit each of their assigned clients at least once a year
  • Train clients on system processes
  • Research/troubleshoot issues with the system, while developing a sense of ownership of the items worked on
  • Involvement in special projects
  • Participate in the weekly Helpdesk shifts
  • Participate in team projects as well as new client implementations
  • Consider and apply the preservation of company ethics, policies, and standards

Location: Pennsauken, New Jersey

Salary: $42,000
