Customer Service Call Center

Overview: This position will be based in a busy call center. The person will be assisting customers with requests and general member services.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming Service calls and input information to industry-specific applications to initiate service process
  • Mapping and geocoding, vehicle triaging, problem solving and navigating multiple computer programs

Requirements:

  • Must be open to working a flexible schedule, including periods of inclement weather and holidays
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably within a call center
  • Excellent communication and date entry skills
  • Must be able to read a map and must possess a strong knowledge of local NJ counties and roadways

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00/hour
