Warehouse Specialist/SAP Required

Overview: Northern NJ Household Products Manufacturer is hiring for a newly created role within their established organization. The Warehouse Specialist plays an integral part in the Company Operations Department. He/She has the accountability of various customer, warehouse and financial related responsibilities. The Warehouse Specialist is required to work collaboratively with his/her teammates and customers, while holding their 3PL providers accountable. SAP experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Review, research, and validate warehouse invoices
• Support Accounts Receivable in warehouse and freight related claims reconciliation
• Support Accounts Payable in processing warehouse invoices
• Manage Customer Pick Up (CPU) orders
• Assist with consumer inquiry responses
• Provide support on various ad hoc projects and responsibilities as necessary
• Assists in monthly financial closing
• Review, create, and implement continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Market knowledge
• SAP Experience Required
• Ability to work independently and capable of taking initiative
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Strong Oral and Written communication skills
• Eager attitude to assist in non-direct responsibilities as needed
• High level competency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems
• Efficient organization and accounting skills
• Positive, flexible, and motivated attitude
