Job duties include:

The ideal candidate should be able to effectively communicate and coordinate marketing and sales projects between the US team and the HQ office.

Coordinate and represent the company participation at industry and marketing events.

Identify relevant customer bases (organizations, potential users, community related influencers, forums, blogs and groups), initiate new relationships and support existing ones.

Responsible on managing and monitoring the US team data and information

Keeping all the information in an organized accessible way for the team to be able to use

Update current materials, generate reports and new materials as needed, including working with vendors to produce marketing materials.

Contribute to projects and content regularly such as social media platforms – monitor and provide quick responses to incoming inquiries, write, and edit content for company blog, marketing materials, and sales calendars and reports etc.

Provide data analysis of marketing efforts across channels to improve PKI / results

Support PR activity

Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences including but not limited to – annual meetings, customer appreciation events, etc.

Support staff in assigned project-based work as needed

Job Qualifications:

Self-motivated / self-starter, coachable, must have strong time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail – essential for success

Demonstrated proficiency in the world of social media

Proficiency with new media and data analysis tools

Experience with CRM systems – required, Salesforce CRM – an advantage

At least three years’ experience in a similar capacity

College degree
