- Invoice orders and process deposits in Great Plains. Invoicing required in other systems as well.
- Make online check deposits.
- Process incoming orders received electronically and by hard copy.
- Participate in the monthly closing process.
- General and Administrative account analysis.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in accounting. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft software.
- Great Plain experience preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills are required. Good analytical skills.
- Other duties as required by the Director of Finance and Accounting.
