Senior Sales Development Representative

Summary
Our Senior Sales Development Representative will work closely with Sales Development Representatives to source new leads, call on, and sell Workplace HCM Solutions to new prospects and clients within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities
Research accounts to identify point of contact
Follow up on all leads and inquiries in a timely manner
Utilize cold-calling and email marketing to prospect into multiple organizations with the expectation of 60 touches per day
Manage and Overcome objections
Develop exceptional prospect relationships
Communicate with clients through telephone and email
Schedule all first-time appointments for field sales representatives
Achieve and exceed monthly quotas as set by Workplace HCM
Maintain all activity in Workplace HCM proprietary database
Become a peer mentor to new team members by offering support training, job shadowing and guidance
Be the responsible party for any “complex” projects which require advanced analysis and support
Provide weekly activity reports to the leadership team
Complete continued educational opportunities, including webinars and research online

Requirements
5 years business to business sales experience
Have experience with credible lead follow-up and development at multiple executive levels within any organization
Be a team leader in a high-energy sales environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient with all forms of technology, including email, voicemail, and Microsoft Office
Bachelors Degree, preferably in finance, marketing, or business
