Perry iSearch (iSearch Partners Inc.) is an Employment Agency and Executive Search Consulting Firm. We offer a wide range of recruiting and job search solutions to our clients. Founded in 1972, we are proud to be one of the most respected and longest running Employment Agencies in the country. We are a privately held, Women Owned, S-Corporation; registered, licensed, insured, and bonded in the State of New Jersey. From our base in the greater Philadelphia area (Marlton, New Jersey), we serve recruitment needs for local, national, and international client companies in both the private and public sectors. We also offer career coaching for job seekers at all levels.
Our Mission
Our mission is to be people-centric. Transparency and accountability are critical as the corporate recruiting industry is evolving with the future generations of job seekers and hiring needs. First and foremost, people are our business, and we are committed to adopting a more holistic approach to this “people business”. The first step is recognizing that the recruiting industry is unique because we have two customers that are equally important; job seekers and hiring managers. This philosophy is unique in an industry that is known to be transactional. Through this approach, we intend on leading the way to positive changes in the staffing and recruitment Industry.
Our History
Perry iSearch, formerly David Perry Associates, was founded as an executive search firm in 1972. Since that time we have been placing professionals in the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry. By the early 1980’s we were an established boutique national executive search firm. In 1986, a local staffing division was created (Perry Temps Inc. DBA Perry Resources). And in 2012, we acquired Brooks Personnel. In 2018, iSearch Partners Inc. was created for the acquisition of the Perry family of companies. This began with the purchase of Perry Temps Inc. (Perry Resources) on December 30, 2018 and was completed with the purchase of David Perry Associates Corp. on January 22, 2020. We are now proudly operating under the Perry iSearch brand. We are proud to be a 100% Women Owned Company.
