Founded in 1972, we are proud to be one of the most respected and longest running Employment Agencies in the country. We are a privately held, Women Owned, S-Corporation; registered, licensed, insured, and bonded in the State of New Jersey. From our base in the greater Philadelphia area (Marlton, New Jersey), we serve recruitment needs for local, national, and international client companies in both the private and public sectors and job seekers at all levels.

The company was founded in 1972 as David Perry Associates, an executive search firm. In 1986, a local staffing agency was created to address the needs of the local (Southern New Jersey/Greater Philadelphia) market. In 2018, iSearch Partners Inc. was created for the acquisition of the Perry family of companies. We are now proudly operating under the Perry iSearch brand.


We are 100% women owned and certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), and an active member with the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey, Tri-State Human Resource Association, TempNet, the New Jersey Staffing Association, and the Network of Executive Women.
